After years of folks asking, I'm offering my original designs for your DIY magick and mischief!

This kit contains the following "stick and stitch" one-time-use patterns:

  • 6 unique original hamsa designs (2.75"H x 2.5"W)
  • 6 flourishes (stars, vines, hearts, evil eye wards, etc - approx 1-2")

Along with your patterns you will receive a 4x6 card with descriptions of my intent for each design, although you are welcome to interpret the meaning for yourself. The card also includes directions on how to use the patterns and links to some of my favorite stitching resources.

Does NOT INCLUDE stitching instructions.

Usage Agreement

Purchasing these means you agree to the following usage terms. These patters are one-time-use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell the patterns. You are free to sell what you make with the patterns. If you choose to sell items made with these one-time-use patterns, you are required to provide credit to Ketzirah haMa'agelet as the designer of the pattern.

The Hamsa

The hamsa is a symbol of blessing and protection across Jewish and Muslim cultures, and the hand as a symbol of blessing is nearly universal. Below you will find my intentions for each of my designs -- but use these as suggestions and bring your own meaning to them as you stitch.

Other than the two with Hebrew, feel free to use them as shown or flip them so the fingers are up or down.

What is a "Stick & Stitch" Pattern?

Stick and Stitch patterns are printed on water soluble stabilizer.

To use these patterns, simply hoop your fabric -- then pull the paper backing off of the pattern and stick in onto your fabric!

You can easily stitch right through the pattern, once it is applied to your fabric.

When finished, simply rinse the pattern away under cool water. If it is resistant -- let it soak for 5-10 minutes. Then rinse again.
