Silk Mizrach

Silk mizrach, Jewish eastern wall marker, framed in a hoop wrapped in incredible hand spun yarn interlaced with metallics and beads.

• Size: 9.75" diameter, 19" L (tip to bottom of tassel)
• Materials: Dupioni silk fabric and floss
• Frame: wool, metallics wrapped wood
• Hebrew: Mizrach (מזרח) East, also said to be an acronym for "from this side is the spirit of life"
• Signed and dated on the back

This piece is hand embroidered original design that I've decided to offer as "pay what you will." Normally it would be $150, but I'm aware of a few finishing "quirks" that really bug me -- although I doubt you'll notice or care.

But my neurosis is your gain! So bottom price is $36, and from there -- it's up to you! And I'll respect whatever you choose and know it's going to someone who will love it.

This is ready to ship, but due to COVID-19 and the protests, we are making fewer trips to the post office so it may be a week or more before it ships.
