This guide focuses primarily on mussar practice, and in particular how one can develop a personal mussar practice. While there are lots of great texts on mussar theory, they often leave one wanting more clear direction on WHAT to DO.

This guide also will focus on the Kesharim K’doshim (Sacred Connections) approach to mussar that I have been developing based on Kohenet teachings and in collaboration with many members of the Kohenet community.
